Using OnePay Wallet

How do I use OnePay Wallet?#

To start using OnePay Wallet, add your debit or credit cards in the OnePay app. If you have a OnePay Debit Card or Builder Card, it’s automatically added to your OnePay Wallet.

You can use OnePay Wallet to shop on Walmart.com, the Walmart app, in Walmart stores, and at Walmart fuel stations.

To use OnePay Wallet on Walmart.com or in the Walmart app:

• Open your Walmart account in the app or on Walmart.com.

• Go to Settings > Wallet, then find theOnePay Wallet section.

• Tap “Sign up in seconds” and sign in using the phone number linked to your OnePay account.

• Follow the steps to link a card. Once completed, OnePay Wallet will show as your default payment option at checkout.

To use OnePay Wallet in-store or at a Walmart fuel station:

• Open the OnePay app go to the QR code icon at the top right of your screen. From there you can also access your Wallet cards.

  • At self-checkout or fuel stations, scan the QR code displayed on the screen.

  • At manned registers, scan the QR code that appears on the payment terminal when the associate finishes scanning your items.

How do I add a card for OnePay Wallet?#

To add a card to your wallet:

• Open the OnePay app

• Tap the Cash Control section and select Wallet cards from the Settings section, and tap “Add new”

• Alternatively, tap on the QR code at the top right of your screen and tap “Wallet cards”

• From here, you can enter your card details manually or use your phone’s camera to scan the details

How do I remove a card from OnePay Wallet?#

To remove a card from your wallet:

• Open the OnePay app

• Tap the Cash Control tab

• Select Wallet cards from Settings section

• Select the card you wish to remove then select Remove Card

How do I set a default card in OnePay Wallet?#

To set a default card in your wallet:

• Open the OnePay app

• Tap the Cash Control tab

• Select Wallet cards from Settings section

• Select the card you wish to set as default

• Select the toggle next to Default card for OnePay Wallet

Some offers are automatically activated for eligible cards, while others require activation in the app. You can see which linked cards in your OnePay Wallet are eligible to unlock more offers right from the OnePay app.

To unlock more offers for cards in your OnePay Wallet 

• Open the OnePay app

• Tap your points or find your Rewards page

• Tap on “Learn more” right below “Browse offers"

• Enroll your eligible cards
